Become a Vendor

We are so excited you are interested in joining our Market Family!

Here are some basic requirements to get you started:

  • All products sold at the market must be handmade or locally grown within 150 miles of the market. (With the exception of “approved” items from farmers requested by customers")

  • Items not falling under Texas Cottage Law must be made in a commercial kitchen.

  • Vendors must provide all required permits for their business before being accepted to market. This includes vendor insurance.

  • All vendors are responsible for their own tent, weights, tables, and displays.

  • Make sure that you know your sampling laws and have the right permits for your category.

  • Weather Policy: The Courtyard Collective Farmer's Market is a Rain or Shine event. Vendors who choose not to attend due to weather conditions or forecasts will not receive a refund, credit, or reimbursement for that market date. Repeated weather-related absences may result in the loss of market privileges and dismissal from the market.

  • Non-Profit spaces are FREE of CHARGE and can spread awareness about your organization, accept donations, do raffles, sell tickets. (Attendees must adhere to our TCC Rules and guidelines. (If your non-profit wants to sell items they must be approved by the TCC Management Team. Items sold can not be food items or items that would compete with current vendors. If you want to sell items they need to follow the TCC guidelines and be personally made/handcrafted/grown. Additionally if you are wanting to sell items there is a booth fee of $50 for each weekend you are in attendence.)
